For today’s mutt strut, as Dr Nick calls it when he walks around town in his Hinsdale Ortho gear, we check out one of the best Italian restaurants in the western suburbs, Il Poggiolo (@il.poggiolo.ristorante). Since it’s right in downtown Hinsdale, it makes for an easy walk from the office, and is a top choice for Dr Nick when entertaining guests, both social or work related (see photo of his first meeting with the lovely new Invisalign rep, @BrittneyRuppel). The menu is perfect for a quick and light lunch, and also worth checking out for a heavier and super authentic Italian dinner feast. Either way, definitely check out their unique salads and homemade pasta options, and ask for the complimentary bread basket, it’s irresistible with the magically replenishing olive oil and fresh-grated parmesan!
